In the event that you experience any issues with appliances purchased from GM Supplies Ltd, we always recommend initially consulting the relevant troubleshooting guide found in the product user manual. If your issue cannot be resolved with the help of a troubleshooting guide, then please follow the warranty procedure that applies to you below.
The best people to help deal with warranty issues are the manufacturers of the unit – this is largely because the warranty is covered by the manufacturer as opposed to GM Supplies Ltd. In the event that a unit is not covered under warranty but the site is visited by an engineer, we reserve the right to charge for the inspection of the unit along with any subsequent repair costs. Non-warranty issues can include machine failure do to any of the following: misuse, neglect, incorrect operation, incorrect installation, not maintaining the machine (eg. not cleaning or water scaling at regular intervals). We recommend you check your unit for any/each of these issues before requesting an engineer call out.

Goods sold within mainland UK can be returned at the own cost of the customer for a refund, on the condition that the product(s) are unused, and remain in their original packaging, with the exception of custom goods, or made-to-order goods.
The restocking charge for items is 30% of the invoiced amount. We regrettably cannot accept goods for return after 14 days.
Return amounts (minus 30% restocking charge) will only be credited once the returned goods have been inspected. We reserve the right to deduct any further costs for repairing damaged or replacing missing components supplied with the original order.
Once goods have been delivered and accepted by you, the legal title to the goods (ownership) will not pass to you until the point whereby you have paid, in full, for the goods supplied, and there are no other outstanding sums of money due from you to GM Supplies Ltd. Until such time when goods have been paid for in full, you acknowledge that GM Supplies have the entitlement to enter any premises owned, controlled or occupied by you for the purpose of recovering/repossessing goods.
